Event Policy

Program:
The conference program is confirmed at the date of publication. Focus reserves the right to make changes to the program as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.

Special Dietary/Physical Requirements:
Special dietary requirements cannot be catered for (including nut allergies) by the venue’s catering organisation. Should you require physical assistance at the event, please notify us at time of registration.

Disclaimer:
Please note that registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly 'first in' payment basis. Your place at the event is NOT confirmed unless you receive a confirmation notice, please contact Focus if you have not received notice once you have registered, on events@focushealth.com.au.

A conference registration is for one individual for the full conference program. One registration may not be utilised by several individuals.

Image Release:
In registering for Focus events, delegates grant permission to Focus, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for Focus. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from Focus in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, Focus and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise Focus by contacting 07 5443 2100 or events@focushealth.com.au

All Registrations – Cancellations & Refunds

Registration cancellations must be received in writing to Focus – events@focushealth.com.au

Registration refunds will not be given after 1st June, however a (one) substitute delegate is welcome with advice of changed details in writing.

Exhibitor Registrations

Exhibitors must be registered & paid by 14th May 2010 otherwise the space will be offered to another agency.

Privacy Policy

“Personal information” is any information that can be used to identify you. We will only collect personal information about you if you provide it to us knowingly. We will provide you with access to the information we hold about you or delete your information if you so request. Focus stores your personal information for the purposes of providing membership services, education and training programs, and improving and promoting services.

Any Credit Card Payments taken through the On-Line Registration page is done through a secure gateway. We do not receive your credit card information, only that your payment was successful.
