Discoveries Program
FOCUS periodically runs a free 12-week program for women who have survived childhood sexual abuse. This is not a "tell all" group, but rather a supportive group where you can learn to build strengths.

- Week 2: Breaking the silence
- Week 3: Mapping the influence of the effects of incest
- Week 4: Challenging secrecy
- Week 5: The betrayal of trust and the undermining of reality
- Week 6: Escaping the clutches of guilt and self blame
- Week 7: Resisting a sense of powerlessness
- Week 8: Standing up to over-responsibility
- Week 9: Recognising protection of perpetrators and (m)others
- Week 10: Re-writing relationships
- Week 11: Noticing and celebrating positive changes
- Week 12: Saying hello to new possibilities; saying goodbye to the group
